“My wife and I were travelling to South Padre Island from Canada and I reached out to the team at BKC to see if we could drop in for a couple classes. The people were so friendly and welcoming. I could tell they were genuinely happy to have us train with them. We went to the Thursday night class and had a blast learning and rolling with them. I went back on Friday morning for a BJJ and kickboxing class with coach Steve. Once again, I felt welcomed and was very grateful to learn great BJJ techniques from Steve that were also very applicable to street self-defence. I had a great time rolling with coach Steve and another student. I highly recommend reaching out if you live in the area or just travelling through!”
