“I was visiting from out of town and had the chance to drop in for a class—what an incredible experience! From the instructors to the students (and even the dog!), everyone was warm and welcoming. The instruction was clear, detailed, and easy to follow. I joined both the fundamentals class and the advanced Gi and No-Gi sessions. The way the techniques built on each other—from mount escapes in fundamentals to leg attacks in advanced—was seamless and well thought out. Sparring was a highlight. Everyone rolled with intensity but control, showing real care and respect for new training partners. It was a perfect balance of challenge and camaraderie.
