“I can't say enough amazing things about all the coaches at black flag. I'll admit it's a bit intimidating first coming in and not getting in the mats. Sitting on the bench you feel a bit like the non cool kid watching all the cool guys have fun but that doesn't last long everyone is inviting and kind and always joyful. You can tell this is their happy place. I signed my son up for the children's classes and was nervous these guys look intense but every single coach showed him patience and kindness and made sure he wasn't only safe but had fun. They remembered his name the next class and greeted him with high fives and he's laughed and loved every single class. The coaches the perfect mix of professional adult and fun older brother. We have tried a couple other gyms in the area but this was the best fit fit my 6yr old. They have a unique approach to teaching that makes it more like games then drilling.
