“Been to a couple different places in the area and this is where I will continue to choose to train. Owners aren't money hungry and care about their students and their progression. Facility is hospital clean. Great mixture of day and evening classes to fit our ever changing schedule. Four black belt instructors, plus a couple other higher belts, so you're never too far from help. And the best part to me is as a middle aged outta shape dude I have never once had someone go up against me with something to prove. Sure they got some real tough guys there who will give you a workout, but they only do that if that's how you wanna roll. But if you wanna go a little rougher then by all means go for it. You won't be disappointed. My wife, my son and me all had a great time there and plan on coming back for a while. Check em out!!”
