Starting out in this super small gym on Del Prado and has grown to something spectacular at the bigger location, it’s already time for another upgrade, and great for the community of Cape Coral. The Professor and all the coaches under him are extremely great with the younger students. Helping during and after class and taking time out whenever possible to help. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place give this place a shot. From day one my son has felt at home there, he has completed so many times, win or lose it’s always a positive experience!”
