“Joined the gym out of the blue in February not knowing anyone there and no background in either Muy Thai or BJJ. They are very welcoming and patient to bring you up to speed. Joining a MMA gym can be intimidating but they made it easy and enjoyable. The training is not only enjoyable and I look forward to it everyday, but also is great at physical conditioning. I was a very active weightlifter and this training has brought my conditioning to the next level. Only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”
