“BOA is an excellent gym. As a martial artist with a striking background, I wanted to expand my knowledge in grappling arts. After searching and talking to various gyms, I decided to try out BOA. The students and instructors have great attitudes. The instruction is very professional and skilled. The head coach, Dan, is an awesome guy. This gym offers Jiu Jitsu, Judo, kids' Jiu Jitsu, wrestling and cardio kick boxing. It has a great atmosphere, and is clean and safe. This school has plenty of black belts and other high ranking belts.
