“Traveling into the Virginia Beach area for Thanksgiving Holidays. Decided to check out Brabo Jiu Jitsu Academy to get a roll in. Professor Alex was extremely hospitable and welcoming. I was able to train No-Gi. The instruction in class was thorough and descriptive. Positional sparring was great. Rolled with other students great time tough team over there.
