“All of the staff at the gym are incredibly welcoming, informative and supportive. From the very first lesson and beyond they have remained steadfast in the passion for educating me. I honestly feel like it’s a one on one lesson every time I go to class. There maybe 20 people in a class, but I feel like I always have access to the instructors and truly feel like each one of them are invested in my personal growth. Secondly my son attends the children’s classes and has grown so much. Athletically and mentally he has changed so much and for the better. The instructors for the kids are just amazing individuals, their patience, enthusiasm and level of instruction literally leaves my son begging for more classes. He absolutely loves the gym and is so found of everyone there. I feel so honoured to have found this gym, it’s way more than that, it’s family.”

“I took a big leap and joined this gym without any prior BJJ or wrestling experience - I could not be happier given the atmosphere and family I am now a part of with CPAMMA.
