“A Disappointing Experience with Brazilian Top Team Unfortunately, my experience with Brazilian Top Team has been far from positive. My son attended classes there, but we encountered significant issues that overshadowed any potential benefits of the program. Billing Problems: We were charged multiple times on several occasions. Even after canceling the membership, the charges continued. This kind of financial mismanagement is unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress. Poor Communication: Attempts to resolve these billing issues were met with delays and unresponsiveness. It often felt like they didn’t prioritize customer concerns or care about resolving problems in a timely manner. Lack of Accountability: Despite reaching out multiple times, the lack of resolution left us feeling ignored and undervalued as customers. Customer Service: The overall approach to handling complaints and inquiries was disappointing. It gave the impression that they were more focused on collecting payments than ensuring a positive experience for their members.”
