“Came down to visit my parents here in Florida and wanted to find a gym where I can train during my stays. Felt like I made the right choice right when I walked in. Coach Leo immediately came to tend to me and told me that the owner would be right up to help. Prof. Edgar was very welcoming and asked about my jiu Jitsu journey. I had only been training 8 months at 50yrs of age. The Top Team staff was great. I trained w minor knee injury and everyone drilled and rolled carefully w me. I got a good/warm reception from everyone there. Coach Leo called me on for a roll and I was excited to roll w individuals that are carefully dangerous. Great staffing. They were very courteous to my father who was watching me get mangled. They had him come out onto the mats for a quick foto. The way they treated me and my father was pivotal in making a return to Top Team. I look forward to coming back. If you do decide to train here, try to find Geraldo. “Old & fat and desperate to find anything to nudge me out of stress eating ice cream & push me into a healthier lifestyle, I decided to try the free class that Brazilian Top Team offers. Today I completed, or managed to survive, my 5th class! It has been challenging, but the atmosphere I have been a part of there, makes it just a tiny bit more fun than tough!
