“I can’t say enough good things about this gym! Coach Roth and Professor Hermoza have done a great job with this gym. My daughter is super shy and not very confident so it was a shock to us when after her Muay Thai trial class with Coach Roth she told us she wanted to sign up full time. He does a great job with the kids and they all seem to enjoy themselves there. I have trained with Coach Roth as well and he is very knowledgeable, professional, as well as respectful. I have not trained with Professor Hermoza yet as I train BJJ at a different gym but I have watched one of his classes. Professor Hermoza seemed very knowledgeable in BJJ and looked like a great instructor. I would absolutely train with him if given the chance. Whether you are looking to do Muay Thai, BJJ, or both I highly recommend this gym if you live in the Westford area.”

“I have been training at BTT for 3 months and I can honestly say it has been an amazing experience. Professor Jose is kind and a wonderful coach, he is very supportive and will walk you through the technique. Coach Will who runs Muy Thai is an excellent coach. Not only does he take time to work with students on one on but will also listen to any concerns his students may have. 12/10 would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to start martial arts, it is a family and they work as a team.”

“Can’t say enough good things about BTT Westford! I started jiu jitsu here first, but then started muay thai in the last few months. Professor Jose and Coach Will are fantastic. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and happy to help walk you through techniques. The community that BTT Westford has fostered is incredibly amazing as well; everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I always look forward to attending each class. If you’ve ever thought about trying martial arts, take a class here!!!”

“I am a middle-aged woman, and I joined Muay Thai in September 2024. Before my trial, I was both afraid and excited. As it turned out, the trial really fired me up, and I signed up for membership in Muay Thai. I’ve always been interested in Muay Thai. I knew that it was a traditional martial art from Thailand. I had been taking cardio kickboxing for 5 years, but I had always desired a more intensive form of training in a martial art. Since I joined Muay Thai, I have now gained: - Great full body workout including cardio - Classes that focus on technique (this is brain exercise for me) - I always have a good partner who helps me and pushes me - Coach Will provides one-on-one instruction to everyone equally - I am not comfortable sparring, and my coach and classmates are supportive of that This school is for all levels, and we all respect each other. Coach Will always preaches, “No ego in this class. We are not here to beat up our teammates.” I am very lucky that the school is located near me. Some of my teammates drive in from the next state (New Hampshire). The community and culture built by Professor Jose (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) and Coach Will are truly special.”

“This gym is awesome for anyone looking to learn BJJ, whether you're a beginner or experienced. The vibe is friendly and relaxed, with no egos and everyone is super helpful. The instructors are great at explaining things and give you lots of tips to improve your skills. The space is clean, with plenty of room to train, and they have all the gear you need. They offer different classes, so you can pick what works best for you, whether it’s gi, no-gi, or focusing on certain moves. If you want to learn BJJ and have a good time doing it, this gym is a great place to start. You’ll feel welcome and definitely improve!”
