“Crestview FL is blessed to have Rachel and Fred in the area teaching the art of Jiujitsu Both are amazing people and excellent teachers/grapplers. I first met them at KOA in Stafford VA, I still remember the shoulder lock from the triangle position Rachel taught me. I still use it till this day! That was about 7-8 years ago.
