“Kids BJJ - Every lesson starts with positivity. The instructor is really great at keeping their attention while teaching. Safety is the top priority, and the kids are paired evenly. If someone is struggling with a technical move, the instructor gives some additional guidance. It’s really a great place to learn. Adult BJJ - If you’re just starting off, get ready for the experience of a lifetime, and don’t quit showing up. It has a family feel to it, and you’ll create great friendships. If you want to learn this is the place, as you’ll have the main Instructor who is a great teacher, but you’ll also have amazing guest instructors.”

“Phenomenal group of people. Knew this was the place I wanted to train by the end of my first free visit and now our daughter trains there as well. Ryan is first class, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly knows how to adapt his instruction style for each person. As well, every guest instructor he brings in is top notch!!!
