“My first time going into this place I was nervous. I walked into a training session but, I was greeted warmly by one of the instructors. He was very polite and made me feel comfortable and encouraged to return for a class. He knew a great deal of knowledge about martial arts and has trained in multiple styles. I think this academy is a great place to train.”

“Fun for the whole family! An awesome environment with high level instruction. A go to for beginners or the experienced. This place has a family feel to it everyone is friendly and helpful. My children love coming here and have fun while learning. With day and evening classes available you can train on your schedule. The academy is very clean and well kept. Professor Chuck also brought Bjj to Buffalo”

I was away from the mat for over 8 months and when I came back it was like I never left. Everyone is welcoming and they have some of the best and most knowledgeable coaches around. “I'm a relatively a new member of the Academy but my experience has been nothing but great. Chuck Anzalone is a terrific instructor and knows his BJJ like the back of his hand. I'm constantly learning and getting better everyday. The other members are friendly, always willing to help and give great advice. From advanced to beginners skills (like myself) I would highly recommend this Academy!”
