“The dude that runs this gym started one of the first mixed martial arts gyms in American history! They have female instructors and run a really cool kids class as well, ESPECIALLY good at wrestling and Brazilian jujitsu but they catch a lot of hate because he posts sports memes on facebook! (Notice all the haters are from other states)🔥”

“This place is awesome and you should definitely try it out. Coach Gavin really knows his stuff and has a lot of experience in many different martial arts between both striking and grappling. As an exclusive grappler, I went in thinking I would get some BJJ practice. However, the coach had me put on gloves and get some striking work in. He was more than happy to go over some day-1 level lesson material in both punches & kicks. We then got a long round of MMA grappling in. Was great work, and definitely learned a thing or two. Have to say, the head coach is one of the nicest, most encouraging coaches you'll find. Has a very positive attitude, is good at teaching concepts, and puts you at ease through the whole evening. Also, he's on a very honorable mission - providing lessons & practice for FREE to give back to the community & to who otherwise might not have the money or access to train martial arts. DON'T FORGET TO CALL UPON ARRIVAL. At the time of writing this review, the location is in an unusual place across from the police station. You might not be able to find it on your own. Highly recommended if you're passing through or looking for a place to regularly train across a wide array of techniques. Whether you're coming from wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, or BJJ - you'll definitely get something good out of it.”

As a woman living in a rural community I wanted to learn a variety of fight skills that could be applied towards self defense and not be bankrupt in the process.This club delivers!”
