“I used to train with team caique several years back, but children, work and life simply happened and I took a small break from training. I began training again in Michigan and now travel back and forth to Los Angeles area; when I’m in LA, Caique Jiu Jitsu is the place for me. While there are several Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academies around, I have not found one that is truly great for the whole family. From kids curriculum that provides children with the confidence and discipline they need to feel comfortable in every day situations, to the older father of 4 classes that allow you to learn great technical skill, get a great cardiovascular workout in a controlled setting.
