This is my first year homeschooling my second grader. I have a 1-year-old at home also. We found Campeao United Jiu-Jitsu at the homeschooling convention this summer. We went to a trial class that was quickly and efficiently scheduled, and my daughter fell in love immediately. After class ends, the coaches play a game with the kids, like sharks and minnows or ninja ball. That was so much fun! We signed up to be a part of the homeschooling class, which is open to the kids every Mon-Thurs morning, as well as evening classes as well. They mix traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with kickboxing on Wednesdays. I thought this was a great opportunity for us to become part of a community. And that's exactly what it became, a community. These people that I see everyday are my sanity as a mother trying to homeschool for the first time. We are all in this together, and I truly feel like a part of a family. I can see how the coaches genuinly love the kiddos and what they do. They handle discipline so gracefully, and we've always felt so warm and welcomed here. Campeao United is always doing fun things for the community, like on Halloween, they let all the kids wear their costumes and they played Halloween games. They offer tons of different events, including meeting and learning under legendary Jiu-Jitsu leaders that were taught by the Gracie family. I highly recommend you come check it out. They will offer you a free class to try it, and it's something I'm sure your children will love! With so many classes available, it's really easy to incorporate Jiu-Jitsu in our already filled-up schedule. Kids of all ages enjoy their time on the mats. Shout out to the Owner Adam, Kaylee, Coach G and Coach Manny for making us feel like a part of your family. I'm looking forward to seeing the students learn and grow together. Thank y'all, from the bottom of my heart.

Great place! Professional and friendly coaches! Not only the coaches are great, so is the community they've been able to foster. They treat you as a family. The place is clean and spacious. My 4 year old son is always excited to come to his class. All coaches are very patient with kids. I can say Coach Manny truly cares about being an effective coach/ teacher. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to get into BJJ!

Campeão United is by far the cleanest facility/gym I have been to and very organized and professional in the way they operate. This place is very welcoming and accommodating to all ages and levels of experience. They have an extremely friendly staff and are well educated in what they do and teach. I drive just under an hour for a 45 minute class a couple times a week because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I could not recommend them enough!

Adam Carl and everyone at Campeão (Champion) United have created something amazing - beyond words. I feel so welcome - the staff and training partners alike have an ethic of treating people like family. I aim to train here the rest of my mortal life!

you ask our son what’s his favorite thing about jiu-jitsu his answer is simply jiu-jitsu. I would have to say that My favorite part was the process of him tying his belt. It serves as a microcosm for everyone’s journey in jiujitsu. He struggled at first, got frustrated that other kids were better than he was, but did not give up. Watching his hard work literally unravel during rolling with other kids, was nerve wracking as a parent, but it fueled his motivation to get better. He sought out information from other kids, coaches, and even YouTube. We found a very lengthy and informative video done by none other than Rener Gracie. He noted that the super lock version of the knot was less likely to come undone and decided that was the knot for him. He drilled tying the belt on his own and practiced until he could tie the belt without watching the video. I loved being able to seem him relish in the fruits of his labor when during the next weeks session, one of the coaches asked him if he actually tied his belt himself! It’s awesome to witness him struggle with the fundamentals knowing that the more he practices the more solid his foundation will be. The coaches are engaging and motivate the kids to grow through their challenges and to help each other improve.
