“If you’re in Miami, this is the place to go. I visit Miami a lot and it was the first time I dropped in for some rolls during their Saturdays open mat hours. Everyone was very welcoming, kind & helpful. Even after open mat was over, we all discussed multiple techniques and Michael was kind enough to demonstrate and answer many different students questions. May I add is full of humbleness. I had a great time as a visitor.”

“Coach Cardoso has a unique way of teaching. From day one, you practice with black belts and everyone else. It's worth mentioning that everyone above you has been taught to teach you. They don't use all their knowledge and techniques to annihilate you, but rather to help you progress as you continue to practice. I learned much more than Jujitsu at Cardoso School, and I'm grateful for what I learned. Now, I live in Texas, but I can assure you that this Jujitsu school is one of a kind.”

“100% would recommend!! Absolutely amazing experience!!! I was visiting Miami and asked to do a drop in. Professor Michael welcomed me with open arms. The entire class was professional and welcoming like I’d been a part of the gym for years. Amazing JiuJitsu instruction with competitive rolls executed in a safe manner. If you’re ever in the Miami area drop in for a great experience! Oss!!!”

“This Jiu Jitsu school is exceptional, with a fantastic Sensei leading the way. Michael is very professional and always following up with you and any concerns. Sensei Ace stands out for his remarkable professionalism and dedication. He consistently ensures that techniques are taught correctly, showing patience and commitment, regardless of how many repetitions it takes for students to master them. I highly recommend this school for anyone seeking high-quality instruction.”

“It would be extremely difficult to find a head instructor with more experience in the fight game than Michael Cardoso. He has competed at the highest levels in both BJJ and MMA, let alone being an experienced referee. He is humble, talented and most importantly, an excellent teacher that creates a great learning environment and team culture. I don’t train there anymore because I moved too far away, but if I were close by, I’d definitely train there. If you’re truly looking to start living a healthy BJJ lifestyle, look no further, you’ve found your guy.”
