The kids class is great with the kids learning discipline and technique. The trial period is awesome and really helpful. There’s a good area for parents and siblings to hangout during class. “I have four kids (ages 5-11) enrolled in this wrestling class, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It’s an excellent program for beginners , teaching solid fundamentals in a way that keeps the kids engaged and excited to learn. The coaches do a great job balancing structure and fun, making sure the younger kids stay involved while allowing the older ones to develop their skills. One thing I really appreciate is that my older kids can still get extra practice on their off days, which helps them improve outside of their regular team practices.
