Honestly what can I say David is an awesome coach a great human being on and off the mats , there’s a lot of no gi classes mostly everyday at 7;30 and gi classes plus beginners classes on top of that. Our Friday classes are top notch hard training and there’s a mma program if you are looking to become a pro . Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Martial arts is for everyone! It doesn’t matter you are likely will be doing better than the person who’s sitting on the couch doing absolutely nothing. I believe there’s a free trial week .”
