“My daughter attended this BJJ gym during Thanksgiving break, and it was an incredible experience! She had no prior experience, but the coaches were extremely patient, welcoming, and made her feel comfortable from day one. The instruction was top-notch, and they did a great job breaking things down in a way that was easy for beginners to understand. She had a fantastic time, gained confidence, and learned a lot in just a short period. Highly recommend this gym for anyone—especially beginners looking for a supportive environment! She begged to be signed up after just the first two days!”

“Found this gym on Facebook and so glad we did! We were looking for a gym for our daughter. I think it’s so important to teach our girls how to defend themselves. My daughter has flourished and loves class. They started an adult class as well and my husband and I signed up. We are addicted. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and it’s very family oriented we couldn’t have asked for a better gym to train at. Thank you to Carlos and Adriana for creating such a safe space for us!”
