They have programs for everyone from kids, to beginner's to advanced, both men and ladies Jiu-jitsu and also Kickboxing. Its newer and super clean. The staff and the instructors are very friendly and have excellent experience. The students are all friendly also. So if you feel the need to get in top shape, this is definatively the place for you! “Traveling for work and was looking for a place to train. I contacted them ahead of time and Dillon (owner/head instructor/resident bjj black belt) was very friendly and invited me to stop in. Dojo was nice and clean and plenty of mat space. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and great to train with. Instruction was presented well and easy to follow with good details and tweaking of technique. If you are in the area and looking for a place to train, I highly recommend you check out Cogito.
