“If you are like me and had experiences walking into a BJJ gym for the first time feeling overwhelmingly intimidated (well, in my case, I was in Hawaii with a bunch of Samoans 😅), don't be alarmed - Cascade BJJ is a very welcoming and friendly community of professionals. It has a partnership with Taekwondo in Action, so most of the practitioners already have a depth of martial arts backgrounds; disciplined, very respectful, and most importantly, very enthusiastic. On top of that, the Master Coaches - Robbi and Casey - are amazing instructors and life-long BJJ practitioners. Their passion for the sport and people is unparalleled, which motivates me to go extra miles. Highly recommended!”

“Great place to learn Jiu Jitsu. If you are looking for a place to practice BJJ, this is the place to join. Love their Cascades 🌊 logo. Things I like about: - Clean mat which is super important for BJJ. - Big space, so you will not hit each other during the drills and rolls. - Technical teaching from great coaches (Coach Robbi is one of the most technical BJJ Black belt I ever met). - Good verity of color belts to match your level of skill. (Including body types, ages, and genders) - Especially good vibe which makes people to come and enjoy this gentle art.”

“I’ve trained under Coach Robbi since I started BJJ in 2020. Nothing better than a coach who is also a teacher, Thank you Coach Robbi!”

“I have been training with Coach Robbie for over a year, and he has consistently supported me throughout my jiu-jitsu journey. The gym is sanitary, friendly, and an excellent place to learn BJJ. Coach Robbie thoroughly covers the fundamentals because he understands their importance, especially for newcomers to the sport. I would highly recommend this gym and encourage you to bring your friends along!”
