The community and family that this academy has is unparalleled. This sport started as a way to stay healthy and active, but became a passion. Teaching me not only how to deal with an aggressor, but to problem solve situations specific to me, stay committed even when it looks as though no progress is being made, and to not give up even when I am losing.
