“Awesome gym. I've been going here for over a year. It has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Coming in I had never had any experience with a contact or fighting sport, but everyone is great and loves teaching. The coaches are phenomenal. Nobody here has an ego and helps you work however is best for you. You want to focus on basics, no problem, just ask and they'll go light and help you. Want to test your skills, no problem, just ask and they'll turn it up. Everyone gets the same respect here, regardless of their skill level. I would highly encourage everyone to try it out for a couple weeks.”
