“Visited from Springfield, MO with a group of five and were welcomed by everyone at Cavalo. Professor Zach spent time with each of us and provided individualized instruction for each of our games. His gym is very clean with excellent mats for rolling. His brothers, Levi and Ezra, were also there and provided guidance and assistance with technique and strategy for each of us. We had a great experience and will be making another trip to learn from Zach and everyone else at Cavalo. Would recommend this school for your BJJ game no matter where you are in your journey!!”

Started the class with warm ups drilled a few take downs and then opened up and got some rolls in!
