“I joined Charles Gracie Mountain House in August of 2022. My original intent was to get myself in shape. When I realized they had several kids classes throughout the week as well I was very excited. I immediately signed my 4 year old son up for a trial. The coaches are next level with their attention to detail in instruction as well as their patience with the little ones. We signed my son up full time at the next class. My son is now 5 and has a lot more confidence in himself. He communicates much more efficiently and is methodical in his decision making as well. I noticed a huge stride in his patience with himself. He understands that everything worth doing takes time and work. I think that is a huge character trait to have at such a young age. As for myself, I'm 35 years old and I lost 30+ pounds within the first 6 weeks and have kept it off. I'm in the best shape of my life mentally and physically. Every class is a new challenge but every class you get a little bit better. My son and I have really bonded in the last year during our Jiu Jitsu journey and we truly are thankful to be a part of this special core of individuals that we refer to as our Charles Gracie Mountain House family.”
