“Awesome gym! Our whole family trains here. Coaches are fun and amazing instructors. You can learn a lot in a relatively short time and practice rolling with the coaches and the others attending the gym. It's a very family oriented atmosphere. In fact, everyone there treats each other as family, very good learning environment”

“I was originally looking for a place for my 6 yr old daughter to train Jiu Jitsu. It was brought to my attention that I could train with my daughter. I wanted to be an example for my daughter so I joined. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I fell in love with the sport and the people at rise Jiu Jitsu. The coaches believe in all of their students. Not to mention I have lost 10lbs while doing something I love. It is truly a family friendly environment. Everyone is welcome. “I’m truly happy I found this school. My experience here has been nothing but positive in my training and in my interactions with coach Alex, Glenn, and Max. I am truly privileged to have met these people who have been encouraging not only in my training but also off the mat. I’ve trained in the past before elsewhere and really liked it. 10 years later, I decided to find a school and my intitial thoughts and feelings were very positive along with the training methods. What I’m referring to is a family friendly environment and simplified concepts that help me with my/our techniques. I look forward to coming to class and learning something new ever time I walk through the door.”

“Stopped by to check out this new local gym and found a new home. Very family orientated and Coach Alex and Glen aim to make it a very fun experience.
