“I am a 56-year-old woman and I recently joined Cheeseman martial arts. Kyoshi really makes the classes fun he takes time to make sure you understand the words and the moves I will admit that after the first full workout I was quite sore but as they say no pain no gain. I am really looking forward to seeing how far I can go under his training. I have enjoyed every class so far”
