From the moment I stepped through the door, every single person I encountered was welcoming, down to earth and eager to help. Chris' prowess in Jiu Jitsu (and MMA) is well known and I was most impressed with his attention to detail and attention to each one of his students. The atmosphere and quality of instruction are truly special. The other Coaches, Dave and Lou, are great instructors, incredibly welcoming and invested in their students success. Even recently, as I have experienced some challenges at work, Chris and Darin have been beyond understanding, flexible and accommodating. I can not recommend this place enough to anyone interested in learning Jiu Jitsu and/or kickboxing from a UFC legend in a welcoming and friendly environment.”
