Professor Brock, was super welcoming and is very enthusiastic about jiu jitsu and teaching it no matter the skill level, or age. If you’re looking to compete this is the spot to go as well, plenty of the athletes at City of Palms compete regularly. I am current a D2 wrestler at UNCP and it was a great experience!”
