“I’ve been going to The Academy for almost 3 months. I’m 52 yrs old, in decent but not great shape, and had no formal Jiu-Jitsu training before I started here. Don’t let any of that stop you from training here! This is a great place! Michael and Jen are great coaches with experience and knowledge. They and are very good teachers always giving one on one instruction as needed. They teach at a pace and progression that makes sense for experienced and less experienced students. The higher belts and more experienced students are always helpful and friendly. There are no egos here. Just a family atmosphere and an environment where everyone wants everyone else to get better every day.”
