“This gym is a hidden gem of Virginia Beach. The level of Jiu Jitsu in this gym is inexplicable. I researched BJJ in Virginia Beach prior to coming here and coastal was one of the two places i settled on for training. Nestor is a great instructor who is down to earth and has a deep passion for all that is Jiu Jitsu. The only regret i have with starting here is that at some point i may have to leave here. I would 10/10 recommend Coastal to anyone who is even thinking of trying BJJ the gym is welcoming and the family you become a part of is tangible. Been at this gym for almost two years and have yet to have a bad day at class or open mats. I am in love with coastal and the entire team that trains there.”
