“I had the chance to drop in for a few classes at Coastal Jiu Jitsu while visiting the area on vacation, and it was a fantastic experience. “I was in Sandestin vacationing with some family and found these guys online. I gave them a call and Kyle welcomed me to train the next day. I’ve been training a long time (black belt), and I really like what these guys are doing. Great detail in the instruction and had top level guys to work out with. I recommend giving this gym a try.”

“Today my 5 yr old son had a trial session and he enjoyed it! Kyle has a welcoming approach and allowed my son to feel less intimidated as the new kid. He explains the moves/techniques in a way kids can relate and understand. I think that’s awesome! My son walked away learning a new move and was able to explain why/when he would use that move in real life. WIN! We plan on returning!”

“Fantastic jiu jitsu gym! I visited while on vacation and was instantly welcomed in. I’m a black belt, but we were training no gi, so they didn’t know what level I was at the start of class - so the welcoming atmosphere was genuine and not related to my belt level. The instruction was fantastic and the training was at a good intensity level. Highly recommended!”
