“This is a great place to learn Brazilian juijitsu. Professor Vincent is very technical, and teaches the student step by step instructions to learn the techniques. The professor is very friendly and patient with his students and provides a positive atmosphere for training. If you are interested in trying juijitsu and would like to lose weight, this the place. I highly recommend it. He also has a great kids program!!!”
