“Cobrinha Henderson x SD Academy is an exceptional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy for all levels, ages 3 and up—beginners, intermediate and advance. Sam and Gizelle Dias are exemplary Professors who dedicate themselves to their students, the way they do their family—with aloha always 100%. The facility is clean, spacious and welcoming. My child initially started Jiu Jitsu to protect them self. Since coming to Cobrinha Henderson, the passion for jiu jitsu has only grown from training here.
