Located in central Cottonwood, AZ it is a stones throw from Jerome, Camp Verde, and Sedona. Classes are attended by all ages, old and young alike, and men and women co-ed for a great mix of energies, strengths, and strategies. The coaches here are top notch BJJ practitioners of superb integrity and they emphasize the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes this location better than the other options in the area. The pricing is comparable to all other training of this quality and even offers weekly payment options for unlimited weekly classes.
