“Update: I received a follow up phone call from Pablo asking me to reconsider trying the business. It was very professional and nice. In the voicemail he left, he stated that perhaps not all the Google info had been updated from six months ago and that the business would have to look into it to confirm. Makes sense. I appreciated the phone call. Then, I read the response below stating I didn't use Google maps to navigate and everything was clearly indicated on the website. I did use Google maps. I used Google maps to navigate to the address indicated on the business website. Google maps took me to an empty retail space, locked up, for rent with no business signage. Then I checked the confirmation email sent to me by Combat Social to verify the location of my class. The email confirmation told me to go to an address on Broadway. Perhaps this problem can be fixed for future customers who might experience such technical difficulties. I signed up for a free class and signed the waiver. GPS took me to a Nacogdoches location. Then I confirmed a Broadway location. Followed GPS to Broadway location. Found a warehouse with a boxing gym, cycle studio and book store. No signage on the building for Combat Social Club. Double checked my email - nothing telling me to look for a suite inside the building etc. Based on the website this space should be large. It would be helpful to potential customers to make the location clear and maybe clear up what's going on with Google Maps. The first location I was sent to is an empty, boarded up retail space.”
