“Dropped in and trained with Professor Aragão. Great class. Awesome facility. I was just passing through so I did not partake in any cross training however everyone was very kind and welcoming. Small mat space in a cross fit gym but by no means a mcdojo. Their lineage is prominently posted on their site and they are team SAS. If in the area it is worth training at.”
