“Our 7 year old son started BJJ at Con Safos about 3 months ago and we have been blown away by the community they have built here. Bryan and Kristine are very intentional in their process and every coach cares so much about helping the kids grow. They let the kids learn the hard lessons but help them through it. They are patient and it’s a good mix of fun and discipline. Our son has made great friends- they battle hard on the mat but then are best friends once the match is over. If you’re thinking about letting your kid try BJJ, they will be in great hands at Con Safos.”
