“Cornelius Jiu Jitsu is without a doubt the best gym in the area. the energy is welcoming and supportive, making you feel right at home. The instructors are incredible – they’re passionate, highly skilled, and genuinely committed to each student's growth, whether you're a total beginner or have years of experience. I currently am having to put my Jiu Jitsu journey on a bit of a pause right now however when I come back it will 100% be with them. They offer Gi and No-Gi I personally did exclusively No-Gi and it was no issue at all. Cornelius Jiu-Jitsu Academy, along with their other school Charlotte Jiu-Jitsu Academy, offers hands-down the best teaching and training I’ve experienced across any gym. I’ve trained at quite a few places, and nothing compares to the level of instruction and dedication they bring.”
