“Had a very good experience with the instructors at this gym. The coaches took the time to breakdown techniques, and explained them very well. They went into good detail not just about what I was doing, but why I would use certain techniques. On top of that, they left me with videos and notes from our session for me to look back at and use when I need to. That level of detail isn’t something I’ve experienced very often with other BJJ gyms. I look forward to getting training sessions with these instructors again.”
