“Great place to train. Great coaches. Great teammates. Super clean and well maintained. Awesome to be right in the heart of downtown old plano and get together for some food with some of the buddies after a good training session. Hands down the best spot for No-Gi Jiu Jitsu.”

“I attended a wrestling class with KJ on a Sunday and had a great time! The gym is super nice, Susan had a warm welcome at the front desk and helped me as it was my first time at this location. KJ and owner Tony were both extremely helpful with technique and I had a great time rolling with other members. Highly recommend checking it out for any martial arts!”
