“I dropped in on a class, visiting from out of town. Professor Omar runs a fantastic program and creates a welcoming atmosphere. There is definitely a family vibe in the crew. All the coaches give great instruction and the room is high level to make for some great rolls.”

“This is a great place to learn jiu jitsu and other forms of martial arts.The instructors are very friendly. After a few lessons you can tell they are genuinely good people. They are also very knowledgeable about their craft and take training seriously. You’ll have such a good time there you won’t realize you’re working out.”
