“I’ve been recovering from a blood clot in my right lung for the last couple of months. I had to stop working out which put me into a depression. And I really didn’t know what to do because losing weight was something I have to do because of my health issues. I went into the gym and immediately was greeted by Ty, it so happened we grew up in the same town. He also took time away from his class just to talk with me which shows a lot about how he cares about just getting to know the person before even talking about joining the school. He wouldn’t even let me sign up without doing the 10 day trial. I’ll tell you this , you get so much more then just a jujitsu school or teacher . My mental health has 1000% improve , I can move around without my body feeling achy or bad. I’m more productive at home and have learned how to be where my feet are. I spend more time with my family in stead of choosing to be alone. My work balance is way better. He’s not only a great professor and person but also a great mentor. Some may say bro its just a gym , it’s more then that it’s a family. Last thing shout out to my mentor Kevin as well , he’s gentle but strong, soft spoken but wise . He’s the best person to slow you down to make sure you are learning at a good pace. He really wants everyone to know they are important and that’s something you don’t see everyday. 10/10 definitely recommend Much love”
