“This place is the best. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate their patience with me since I just started training again after a break of a couple of years.The schedule was by far the best I could find in the area, with a wide variety of classes. I love the two women's classes a week, and the noon classes are perfect since my work is flexible. I was nervous about going to the open mats, but found plenty of people willing to either roll with me or teach me a few things, as a beginner. The gym itself is clean and well organized.
