It was very cool working on technique during these games/situational rounds. Clean facility, high levels of talent, great instruction and thoughtful training partners. “My kids have joined this gym in April. It is such a welcoming place and I love seeing the other kids and coaches encouraging everyone there. Coaches are patient with kids but hold them accountable to be respectful and pay attention. My wife and I may be joining ourselves in a few months.”

“I can't say enough about CTA Portland! The instructors are technical, professional, and fun good hearted people. Everyone is welcome and they do an excellent job teaching confidence through hard work. The 3 most important things I found here were an intense workout, comradery with students and staff, and a self-defense that works. While training here, you develop a second family.
