When I was in the military, I started training with them, and their location being less than 20 minutes away from the base made it incredibly convenient for me. But that's just the beginning - their new location offers so much more! They have a great-sized mat space, multiple membership options for ages 4 and up, and different hours to accommodate those with busy schedules. They even have an indoor gym and an amazing sauna.
