They've created a fun, safe, & competitive environment to learn multiple disciplines of martial arts. I stopped in to check the place out on my way to the gym. At 36 years old, I was looking for something physically challenging but also something where I wasn't going to get hurt and keep me out of my day job. They introduced me to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and I have been hooked ever since! I was also looking for a place I could trust to have my young children train to learn self- defense to learn discipline, build confidence, and help with some anti-bullying methods. THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! I am so thankful that Mike and Janette took the time to talk to me that day I came in to look around.
